Fares and policies
Our goal is to provide exceptional value to our communities. We try to accomplish this by providing a variety of fares to fit your budget or schedule. The chart below is intended to help you understand the fare options available to you.
Dash only displays, markets and sells tickets on flights operated by Backcountry Aviation. Flights from other airlines not marketed by Dash will not be included, even if an airline not marketed by Dash offers flights matching a consumer’s search criteria.

- A fee of $5 is charged for new reservations booked through the Dash call center. There is no service charge for booking online.
- Guests missing a flight may fly stand-by on the next available flight over the same route at no additional charge.
- While Dash does not have partnerships with airlines operating at Sea-Tac, guests affected by major-airline flight delays into Sea-Tac Airport should contact our reservation team at 206-558-2500. We will do our best to accommodate you on the next available flight.
Generally, non-refundable fares are not refundable, and any unused value can be used for up to one year from the date of issue. In certain circumstances, non-refundable tickets can be refunded at the discretion of our agents. This can include extended delays (greater than two hours) or cancelations.
